Concrete Joint Filling "Caulking"

When new concrete is cut in a commerical warehouse those joints quickly fill with dirt and dust. This makes it difficult to keep the space clean for storing inventory. We use high quality self leveling caulk to fill the joints and decrease the amount of time spent on maintaining warehouse floors.

Concrete Sealing and Densifying

Using a silica based solution called Pentra-Sil we harden, densify, and seal your concrete. This important step is what prevents moisture from getting into the slab and is key to issue free long lasting concrete.

Post construction concrete can be a mess. We offer to clean your warhouse concrete floor before sealing and caulking. Leaving it shiny and ready to be put to work.

In person estimates are required due to the importance of accurately measuring linear feet of joint to be caulked, and square footage for sealing and cleaning.
Cost is determined as price per linear foot and price per square foot, this will be provided in the estimate listing price of materials and labor.
